Request for Proposal Fulfillment

My firm is highly qualified and capable of undertaking the contract owing to numerous reasons. Our mission is to provide effective and efficient complete security solutions to high valued entities mostly federal and state agencies in the nation. The provision of quality services has enabled the company to grow from just four employees at the start to currently twenty-two permanent and eight temporary workers. Presently, the company seeks opportunities in addressing security-associated issues and train governmental agencies along with mid-sized organizations towards operating in a greatly secure manner (Asner, 58).

I believe that my firm meets a majority of the minimum requirements of the Request for Proposal. This firm has been in business for over thirteen years as form 2002 in the provision of secure complete security services.  By 2006, the company routinely offered complete security services, such as assessments, policy formation, and regulatory conformity assistance, penetration evaluations. The company’s current yearly gross sales are over 1.6 million U.S. dollars. To show our commitment, the business is ready and will produce all the documentation and their references regarding our previous engagements.  Five among our employees hold Certified Information Systems Security Professional certifications and four hold Certified Information Security Manager to enable effectual the deliverance of the project. The RFP requires the provision of samples regarding past reports from the other clients of which the company will present. The company is currently working on two projects for the federal agencies offering managed security services, however these projects are outside this state.

However, I find that the company has narrowly failed to meet one requirement in the RFP. The company currently does not own a permanent office in the state but I have to state that we have been doing visibility studies to determine the perfect position for a permanent office. This is a requirement will be able to fulfill immediately once we locate prime place to set up (Asner, 25).
