             Any human being who wish to live a healthy life, then exercise is key. Regular exercise help in getting rid of unwanted weight in the body, helps in boosting health conditions, exercise reduces diseases and improving one’s mood. On a daily basis, I ensure that I play football with my friend, not only for socializing but for nutritional values. The daily exercise helps in keeping fit and relaxation. After the football match, I ensure that I run for at least two kilometers. All these exercises are aimed at making my body fit and free from illness related to lack of exercise. Some of the negative effects lack of exercise includes; dizziness diseases, and laziness (Insel, 2017). To ensure the fitness is not in vain, I ensure proper diet which includes a lot of vegetables and fiber related foods. I avoid red meat at all cost but instead focus on the white meat which I consume once a week. Additionally, during the fitness period avoid a lot of starchy foods which are a source of weight gain (Insel, 2017). Finally, it is important to consume a lot of water for metabolism and respiration purposes. It should be understood that during the rigorous exercise a lot of carbon dioxide is deposited in the lungs. Therefore, a lot of oxygen is required.  

Obesity and its related health problems

             Obesity can be defined as the excessive weight gain that is against the normal human basal metabolic rates (Insel, 2017). Obesity is a health issue that has affected the whole world. It has been identified that most of the diseases affecting the human race today are obesity. Diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases, several types of cancer and other health problem. Several factors have contributed to the development of obesity; they include; urbanization or rather westernization where people are feeding inappropriately, with this feeding they risk adding more weight and later obesity. Environmental factor is also one of the main cause of obesity; this occurs when one does not fit in the environment hence the body is affected, and finally obesity take cause. To control obesity, it is prudent that a proper feeding chart is recommended to people when they visit the hospitals. Secondly, obesity can be prevented through regular exercises that help in shedding some weight (Insel, 2017). Thirdly, regular checkup should be recommended to people who are prone to suffer from obesity; the checkout will help them to get the best tips on how to watch their weight and prevent and obesity sign. Finally, it is recommended that children under the age of ten years should be exposed to food rich in oil and the related snacks as they are the major cause of obesity.
