Meanwhile, the focus should be based on the best practice standards that focus on quality management, as well as keeping sensitive information transparent through the auditing process. Furthermore, quality standards further focus on strategizing consumers’ consideration in line with applying the specific product and service characteristics, achieved with a flexible enterprise system (Qu et al., 2014, p. 572). The framework further involves drawing of the quality management system, some of which fully focus on measuring and monitoring products, services, and procedures that foster total quality management. 

Precisely, the quality management process should be submitted for auditing process, where the organization Enterprise Architecture development should focus fully on quality compliance practices. Auditing should be done regularly probably a month or two, which creates a unique quality assessment process; this is further hybridized with managerial approaches such as training (Tambouris et al. 2012). Furthermore, the auditing process should be easier to administrate, which further surrounds organizational development. 

Conclusively, both regulations and standards should be marched with international ISO standards of quality management. By complying, ISO 9001 standards, the organization can develop a policy framework that will guide in enterprise architecture (Sweis et al., 2019). The organization will be in a better position of reducing quality problems, enhancing customer satisfaction, making the organization more competitive, developing better and stronger decision making the process, and part of the decisions that should double employee morale. In such light, the focus should be towards the improvement of the current standards to meet existing future quality demands.
