My project was based on Integration of technology into the learning environment. The project took into consideration the process of the project plan, needs analysis, instructional design based on learner analysis and evaluation analysis. There are two areas in which I performed excellently. They include project evaluation analysis and learner analysis. I was able to articulate comprehensively these two areas by elucidating leaner’s abilities, and motivation as well as providing an appropriate evaluation approach that suits well with my project. However, there are two areas in which I believe I need a room for improvement. These include information gap analysis and instructional and delivery strategies.

Pursuing accredited online classes is effective for professional development because they approximately suit into the busy schedules of teachers.
